US SWB headlight lensRestoration of your SWB U.S. headlights includes the following:

  • Original Hella housings are bead blasted and painted correct color with VHT paint
  • New correct Hella U.S. SB19 lenses with lettering on outside of glass and correct large original Hella logo
  • New correct chrome trim rings
  • adjustment screws with Phillips or slotted heads, as appropriate
  • New lens gaskets and fender gaskets
  • New sealed beams, incandescent or halogen; H4 E4 inserts at additional cost; Cibie Bi-IODE or SEV Marchal Amplilux occasionally available
