One of our most requested services. Turn signals and taillights take a beating but often can be restored to a high level.

Partially Restored LWB U.S. Rear Turn Signals

It’s difficult obtaining good LWB turn signal cores and at this time my service is limited to refurbishment and restoration of your cores.Here are the details of the restoration process.

Restoration Process

• Core exchange only. Cores are provided only if a waiver is signed as they are used and not usually able to be restored to “perfection”.
  
• Housings – Housings are disassembled, bead blasted and painted with VHT paint
  
• Housing interior – After bead blasting the interior of Euro taillight is painted with high reflectivity silver and white paint, Euro turn signals and U.S. turn signals and taillights are painted with high reflectivity silver.
  
• Lenses – Premium new lenses are installed
  
• New rubber drain plugs are installed
• New reflectors are installed
• Wiring – New short wiring harnesses are installed; factory perfect wiring harnesses available at additional cost
  
• New Audette Collection Premium Bulb set (45% brighter than regular bulbs)
  
• Correct new lens screws
  
• Correct new mounting gaskets
